Does it mean that just 2 losing trades in a row can blow up the acct?

No, it's 60% risk on account balance, and this EA open 1 trade at a time so every time he risk 60% of balance

30% risk make daily 1 - 1.5% and 60% risk dail 2.5 - 3.5%
