Hello,
To what extend is it possible to tweak the settings? For example does it use SL’s and if not can I set them myself? The goal would be to stay below 5% DD for a propfirm account.
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi there, and thank you for your great question!
The results you see in live trading reflect carefully optimized settings developed and refined through extensive forward testing and tuning on historical market behavior. This setup is based on real trading patterns and has shown strong performance in current market conditions, specifically on the EURJPY pair.
Regarding your question — the EA does not use a fixed Stop Loss by default. Instead, it applies dynamic logic to manage risk, adapting to price movements and market volatility.
However, you can modify parameters like Stop Loss, Take Profit, and Trailing Stop manually. Just keep in mind that doing so will change the core behavior and logic of the EA.
For prop firm environments with strict drawdown limits such as 5%, I wouldn’t recommend using this version without careful customization. It wasn’t originally designed for such tightly constrained conditions.
At this stage, the EA is primarily built for retail trading accounts with more flexible risk parameters — but we always appreciate feedback and will definitely take prop trading compatibility into consideration for future releases.
All the best,SiriusFX Team
